We are seeking a skilled Barber/Stylist to join our team as a higher commission employee only or chair renter or private room renter. “We study individual features, characteristics and personal style, applying each cut and or color with careful consideration and precision, creating the ultimate look that’s effortlessly sophisticated.”
If you enjoy making customers look and feel great and proud of your work, we would like you to consider joining our fun and talented styling crew. Would be great but not required if you have clientele.
This Position Maintains a High Skill Level Within all of the Following Descriptions:
FADES, High, Low, Technical
Women’s, Kids and Men’s styled Cuts
Color, All Types
Straight Razor Experience but not required for job
Top Notch Customer Service Skills
Ability to Build and Maintain a Customer Base
Product Sales
GOOD Attitude and Work Ethics at all Times
Ability to Multitask, Answer Phones, Ring in Sales etc.
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, and shaving
Provide consultations to clients on hair care and styling options
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools
Recommend and sell hair care products to clients
Stay informed about current trends in barbering and hairstyling
Experience
Previous experience in customer service is required
Retail sales experience is a plus
Knowledge of store management principles is beneficial
Familiarity with retail math for transactions
Certification in cosmetology or barbering is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $24.63 – $28.81 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
