We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in hair care, combined with outstanding customer service skills, will help create a memorable experience for every client.
Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
Utilize shop software such as SQUARE for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
Upsell products and services to guests based on their needs and preferences.
Assist in mentoring junior stylists and barbers, sharing techniques and best practices.
Engage with guests to understand their needs and deliver personalized service.
Handle retail sales of hair care products and maintain inventory levels in the salon.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Must be 16 or older
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the salon setting.
Currently in school, licensed or aspiring to gain licensing.

Pay: $10.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
