Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and styling services to clients using various techniques including straight razor and hair threading.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere by delivering outstanding customer service and addressing client concerns promptly.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, barbering techniques, and product offerings.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
Proven experience in customer service within a retail or salon environment.
English speaking is must.
Familiarity with retail math for managing sales transactions effectively.
Strong skills in barbering techniques including straight razor shaving and hair threading.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
A passion for mentoring others and sharing knowledge within the team.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
