We are looking for talented and dedicated stylists and barbers who are passionate about their craft and want to grow with our luxury salon. If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a positive, team-oriented atmosphere and has a flair for creativity, we want to meet you!
What We Offer:
40% commission on all services
10% commission on retail sales

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional hair, skin, and beauty services to clients
Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and technical skills
Promote and sell retail products with a focus on Aveda’s offerings
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
Attend in-house training and continuing education sessions
Stay updated on beauty trends, products, and techniques to offer clients the best possible service
Qualifications:
Valid Barber or Cosmetologist License (State of Georgia)
Passionate about providing top-tier service and creating a memorable client experience
Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of beauty trends and techniques
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous salon experience is preferred, but not required
