Job Summary
We are seeking part time commission based and full time booth renters.
Full time booth renter. $75 day or $300 per week More rates available.
Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various hair services and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair care services while ensuring client satisfaction in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Commission
Duties
Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client needs.
Perform hair threading and barbering techniques as requested by clients.
Offer additional beauty services such as nail care and eyelash extensions to enhance the overall client experience.
Maintain knowledge of current trends in hairstyles and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales transactions.
Assist in store management tasks, including inventory control and retail math calculations for product sales.
Foster a positive atmosphere by delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the salon area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
Proven experience in hair styling with skills in hair threading, nail care, eyelash extensions, and straight razor techniques preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Familiarity with salon software systems for managing appointments and sales is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continue learning new techniques and trends.
