We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client preferences.
Provide additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, hair extensions, makeup application, and hair threading.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations.
Mentor junior stylists or interns, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance their skills.
Assist at the front desk when needed, managing customer inquiries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Skills
Proficient in cosmetology and barbering techniques with a strong portfolio of work.
Experience with eyelash extensions, hair extensions, makeup application, and hair threading is highly desirable.
Familiarity with salon software such as MINDBODY for efficient appointment management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments effectively.
A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing education and skill development.

Pay: $28.76 – $34.27 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Monday to Friday
