We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional grooming services while creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our clients. Your expertise in barbering and cosmetology will help clients achieve their desired looks, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied.
Duties
Perform a variety of hair cutting, styling, and grooming services including haircuts, shaves, hair threading, and beard trims.
Utilize straight razors and other tools to deliver precise cuts and styles.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering professional advice on hairstyles and products.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking.
Engage with clients to build lasting relationships that encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
Proven experience in customer service within a salon or retail environment.
Familiarity with salon software systems for efficient appointment scheduling and client management.
Proficiency in straight razor techniques along with traditional barbering skills.
Experience with hair threading is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.

Pay: $23.14 – $50.00 per hour
