Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments and services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, offering personalized skincare advice, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the salon.
Duties
Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, waxing, and skin treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain accurate client records and manage appointments using salon software.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their skincare goals and treatment options.
Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Promote nail care services and collaborate with other beauty professionals such as barbers to enhance the overall guest experience.
Engage in social media management to promote services, share client transformations, and maintain an active online presence for the salon.
Uphold cleanliness standards in treatment areas and ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized according to health regulations.
Qualifications
Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Experience with salon software for appointment management is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Knowledge of nail care techniques is a plus.
Previous experience in barbering or related beauty services is advantageous but not required.
A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and staying updated on industry trends is essential.
