Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques.
Ensure a clean and sanitary workstation.
Recommend hair care products to clients and educate them on their use.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
Valid Virginia cosmetology license.
Proven experience as a hairstylist.
Strong knowledge of hair care techniques, tools, and products.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Creative and detail-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
