We’re Keep It Cut, a fast-growing brand with 11 men’s salons dedicated to delivering consistent, high-quality haircuts and exceptional service. We’re seeking a hands-on Regional Manager to lead our shop managers and ensure each location operates smoothly, successfully, and in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.

This role combines leadership with frontline involvement—splitting time between the cutting floor and regional operations. The ideal candidate leads with integrity, builds strong teams, elevates the customer experience, ensures operational compliance, and drives financial growth.

Responsibilities:

Operations:

Audit shops to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and Board of Cosmetology requirements
Compliance audit of all shop policies, procedures, and operations
Develop and implement processes to maintain team member haircut quality
Develop monthly goals with each Shop Manager to ensure sales consistency and growth
Assist Shop Managers in resolving client issues
Assist Shop Managers in resolving software and technology issues
Visit each shop a minimum of twice a month

Marketing:

Audit 4-wall Marketing to ensure the client experience is exceptional from start to finish
Review Secret Shops and provide feedback to the Shop Manager
Develop and execute training plans as needed to improve 4-Wall Marketing (Sales, customer service skills, communication, etc.)
Post to Social Media twice weekly
Assist with developing relationships with salon schools and presenting to students quarterly
Assist with presenting an advanced men’s hair cutting course quarterly

Team Coordination:

Hire, train, review, performance manage, and de-hire Shop Managers
Provide daily support to Shop Managers
Perform weekly, monthly, and annual performance management for Shop Managers
Develop a management succession plan by identifying and developing future leaders
Manager Shop Manager time off requests to ensure adequate coverage
Assist the Shop Manager in resolving team member conflicts
Provide counsel to the Shop Manager in performance management and approve all terminations
Act as interim Shop Manager during position vacancies

Leadership:

Embody and articulate the vision of the Keep It Cut brand
Follow the company strategy to drive the implementation of programs and initiatives
Hold Leadership Team meetings monthly
Develop, train, and coach the Shop Managers individually
Plan, lead, and participate in group Leadership Team education
Attend outside technical education opportunities to continue personal growth
Participate in continued personal Leadership training
Provide recognition and appreciation of Shop Managers

Other:

Assist in the future development of Keep It Cut operations, policies, and procedures
Provide after-hours on-call support as needed
Perform duties of a stylist as outlined in the Shop Stylist Position Description
Perform duties of Shop Manager as outlined in Shop Manager Position Description (as needed)
Fill in for other Regional Managers as needed during absences
Other duties as assigned

Position Specifications:

Current Arizona Cosmetology or Barber License
3+ Years salon industry experience with an emphasis on technical skills
Knowledge of current haircut trends and styles
3+ Years of providing management and leadership development for a team
Experience in salon recruiting, interviewing, and team development
Experience in operations and sales management
Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work in the field with minimal supervision
Regularly requires the ability to stand for a minimum of 6 hours while completing haircuts
Frequently requires the ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch as well as lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Have and maintain a valid Driver’s License, keep driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety, or other violations
Have and maintain a reliable source of transportation

**This is not an entry-level position; only qualified applicants will be considered.**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $89,000.00 – $93,000.00 per year
