Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber or Stylist to join our team. As a Barber/Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients. This position requires proficiency in various hair care techniques and excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
– Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients
– Provide mentoring and guidance to junior stylists
– Assist with store management tasks, such as inventory management and scheduling
– Engage in retail sales of hair care products
– Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon area
Skills:
– Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
– Proficiency in various hair care techniques, including cutting, styling, and shavingc
– Experience in store management tasks, such as inventory management and scheduling
– Proficiency in retail sales of hair care products
– Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
– Knowledge of cosmetology principles and practices
– Creativity and ability to stay updated with the latest trends in hair styling
