Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients and understanding their hair styling needs.
Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services while adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
Utilize effective communication skills to advise clients on hair care and styling options.
Manage appointment scheduling and client records using salon software.
Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology and barbering techniques.
Assist in retail sales of hair care products and services.
Qualifications:
Amazing customer service skills
Great phone etiquette
Ability to grow your client base with guest retention
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Texas State Barber or Cosmetology license
