Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional salon environment. Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Provide hair threading and eyelash extension services as requested by clients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client records, and inventory management.
Assist at the front desk with client check-ins, retail sales, and answering inquiries.
Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend products for home use.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and beauty treatments to offer innovative services.
Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering high-quality service with professionalism.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with salon software systems is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of retail math for effective product sales is beneficial.
Proficiency in using straight razors and other hairstyling tools is required.
Experience in sanitizing tools and maintaining hygiene standards in the salon environment.
A passion for beauty trends and continuous learning in hairstyling techniques.

Pay: $700.00 – $973.00 per week
Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
