Duties
Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and styling services using various techniques including straight razor .
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon areas to ensure a safe environment for clients.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering professional advice on styles and treatments.
Mentor junior stylists or apprentices by sharing expertise and best practices in hair styling techniques.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and grooming to provide clients with contemporary styles.
Requirements
Valid barber license or cosmetology equivalent.
Proficiency in various hair cutting techniques, including straight razor skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards consistently.
Strong mentoring skills to guide less experienced team members effectively.
