We are seeking talented and passionate Barbers and Cometolgists for our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair services to clients while creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in various hair techniques, along with your ability to connect with clients, will contribute to their overall satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in aesthetics, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, styles, coloring, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Utilize straight razors and other tools safely and effectively to achieve desired results.
Sanitate all tools and workstations according to industry standards to ensure client safety.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering professional advice.
Upsell products and services by demonstrating knowledge of retail offerings and promoting additional treatments.
Mentor junior staff members, sharing techniques and best practices to enhance team performance.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to salon policies.
Experience
A valid barber or cosmetology license is required.
Experience in retail sales is preferred, with a focus on upselling products.
Familiarity with hair threading techniques is a plus.
Strong understanding of retail math for effective inventory management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $900.00 – $1,200.00 per week
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Afternoon shift
Monday to Friday
