Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools are sanitized and ready for use.
Ensure excellent customer service to build and retain clientele.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, techniques, and products within the industry.
Qualifications
Proven experience in barbering/hairstyling.
Skilled in fades, classic cuts, and modern styles.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Barber/Stylist will be compensated solely through commissions and tips.
