Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon culture focused on teamwork and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
Strong skills in hair styling and barbering.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in store management is a plus but not mandatory.
A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
