Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise while providing exceptional hair care services to our clients. You will be responsible for delivering a range of hair styling services, from cuts and colors to special treatments, all while ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the salon.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
Perform makeup application, nail care, and eyelash extensions as requested by clients.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, makeup application, and salon services.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance client satisfaction and promote salon offerings.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a pleasant experience for clients.
Demonstrate proficiency in specialized techniques such as hair extensions, barbering, hair threading, and retail math.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of various hair care techniques and products.
Experience with makeup application, nail care, eyelash extensions, and other beauty services is advantageous.
Familiarity with salon software systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
A passion for beauty trends and continuous learning in the field of hairstyling.
