Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional grooming services to clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will utilize your skills in barbering, styling, and customer service to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business and fosters client loyalty. We are seeking those that are comfortable with stepping out and becoming Independent Contractors for booth renting purposes. Whether Barber or Cosmetologist, please have experience working primarily on men. we do have many female clients but not a requirement to do. Our Booth Rent is competitively priced but we work with you to build your clientele base from the beginning. Looking for positive-minded stylists.
Duties
Perform a variety of hair cutting and styling services.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences while providing expert advice on styles and products.
Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience during each visit.
Experience
Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in barbering techniques.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
