We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair care services while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Perform makeup application and hair threading as requested by clients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools to ensure a safe environment.
Utilize MINDBODY software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and promote salon offerings.
Assist with front desk operations including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing payments.
Mentor junior staff members by sharing knowledge and techniques to foster professional growth.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Familiarity with retail math to assist in product sales and inventory management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing education and skill development.
Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards.
Previous experience with upselling techniques is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
