We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber/Stylist to join our team. Also we are providing an opportunity to an inexperienced apprenticeship Barber/Stylist to join our team. As a Barber/Stylist, you will provide exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave our shop looking and feeling their best. Responsibilities:
– Provide a wide range of hair care services, including cutting, styling, and shaving
– Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences
– Recommend appropriate hairstyles and treatments based on clients’ facial features and hair type
– Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and techniques
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment
– Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services in a professional manner
– Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service
– Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming shop environment
Experience:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barber/Stylist
– Proficiency in various hair cutting techniques, including the use of scissors, clippers, and razors
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
– Experience in retail math for product recommendations and sales
– Proficiency in straight razor shaving techniques is a plus
– Previous experience working at the front desk or store management is beneficial
– Valid Barber license/cosmetology license
