In this role, you will provide a Quality hair care services while creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our clients. Responsibilities
Weekly Booth Rent
Provide high-quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client’s needs.
Perform additional services such as eyelash extensions and hair extensions as required.
Utilize straight razor techniques for precision cuts when necessary.
Maintain knowledge of color theory to offer expert advice on hair coloring options.
Effectively communicate with clients to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.
Manage appointments using MINDBODY software to ensure an organized schedule.
Assist in store management tasks, including inventory control and maintaining a clean workspace.
Engage in upselling of products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
Skills
Proficient in hair styling techniques with a strong understanding of current trends.
Experience or certification in eyelash extensions and hair extensions is preferred.
Knowledge of color theory to assist clients in making informed decisions about their hair color.
Familiarity with straight razor cutting techniques for precision styling.
Competence in using MINDBODY or similar scheduling software for appointment management.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
Basic understanding of retail math for product sales and inventory management.
Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a positive client experience.

Pay: $20.00 – $50.00 per hour
