M. R. Barbershop is a small business in Mukilteo, WA hiring for a barber/stylist. We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus for experienced applicants. Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients
– Offer and upsell retail products to clients based on their needs
– Utilize retail math skills to calculate product costs and sales
– Mentor and train junior barbers/stylists in various techniques
– Assist with front desk duties as needed
Qualifications:
– Valid barber or cosmetology license
– Proven experience in providing high-quality hair cutting and styling services
– Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell retail products
– Familiarity with retail math calculations for product costs and sales
– Ability to perform shaving services is a plus
– Willingness to mentor and train junior barbers/stylists
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
