You Are:
Licensed in Rhode Island (Barbering or Cosmetology)
Client-focused and passionate about delivering top-tier grooming services

Key Responsibilities:
Provide barbering services including precision haircuts, beard grooming, and shaves
Ensure a clean, sanitized station and tools between each client
Greet every guest warmly and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
Stay informed on trends, styles, and techniques
Support shop events, education, and team meetings
Uphold dress code and appearance standards
Collaborate and communicate effectively with teammates and management
