Job Overview
B Lexi Hair is looking for a booth rental hair stylist! 24/7 access to the salon! Snack bar and drinks provided for your clients. TV for you and clients to enjoy. Storage provided!
Duties
Perform various hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling, utilizing knowledge of color theory and techniques.
Provide additional beauty services (if in suite of your own)
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Scheduling and payment software will be provided to you
Experience
Proven experience as a Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their desires.
Experience in retail sales and store management is an advantage.
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of sanitation practices, color theory, and various styling techniques.
A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
