Hammer & Nails Atlantic City is a premier, luxury grooming lounge catered specifically to guys. Offering a full range of grooming services — haircuts, shaves, facials, manicures, and pedicures — for a man to look and feel his best in a relaxed atmosphere.
A Hammer & Nails Cut & Shave Artist (Barber) is a licensed Master Barber who provides Cut & Shave services. All Artists (Barber/Stylist/Nail) work together with the Member Concierge Team and Management Team to provide a superior experience in a professional atmosphere.
The staff responsibilities at Hammer & Nails Atlantic City may evolve over time to best suit the needs of a growing shop and a growing team.
Primary Job Requirements:
· Remain current on New Jersey state licensing requirements and expectations
· Provide individualized Cut & Shave services including: Haircuts, Head & Face Shaves, Beard Trims & Grooming, Facial Care, and Color Camo
Compensation for this position starts at $20/hr and includes a signing bonus.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Qualifications
– Barbering License
– Hair styling experience
– Knowledge of salon software, such as Zenoti
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Familiarity with color theory
– Ability to use a straight razor
– Proficiency in sanitation and cosmetology practices
– Retail sales experience is a plus
– Ability to mentor and train others in the field
– Familiarity with makeup application and nail care techniques
– Upselling skills and retail math knowledge
