With a bold design, fresh energy, and a no-BS approach to service, we’re here to shock and awe the Pittsburgh scene—and we’re looking for a Barbershop Manager ready to lead the charge.
What You’ll Do:
Launch and lead one of our brand-new locations in Cranberry Township or Allison Park
Manage and motivate a high-performing team of barbers and stylists
Deliver an exceptional client experience in a fun, fast-paced environment
Oversee daily shop operations, team scheduling, and service execution
Maintain Bazooka-level standards for cleanliness, service, and style
Hire, train, and grow your crew
Drive shop revenue through memberships, product sales, and performance-based leadership
Collaborate with ownership on shop growth and success metrics
Training & Onboarding:
To ensure you’re set up for success, you’ll travel to Dallas, TX for 3 days of paid training and shadowing at our flagship locations. We’ll cover the travel—just bring your A-game.

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of salon, spa, or barbershop management experience
Leadership skills with a hands-on, coach-first mindset
Passion for creating unforgettable customer experiences
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building ability
Barber or cosmetology license is a bonus, but not required
The drive to help build something fresh, different, and built to last
