About the role
We are looking for a confident self-driven, ambitious, and creative problem solver with good social and interpersonal skills to join our team as the Beanz Co-Ordinator for Germany.
This role requires a proven track record in Specialty Coffee & Project Management with an enthusiasm for structure and process. The successful candidate will be responsible for aiding and onboarding new roaster partners in the EU, aiding the coffee merchandising strategy, assisting operations, managing troubleshooting, and coordinating marketing activities.
Part of the role will be aligning roaster partners and Sage brand requirements to achieve the overall business vision and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively Source coffee and roasters and present to EMEA Manager for joint approval.
- Manage roaster's performance and compliance with agreed SLA terms with Beanz.com
- Identify, flag, and notify roasters which do not adhere to fulfilment guidelines.
- Build transparent guidelines for potential outcomes where roaster partners do not meet agreed SLA terms.
- Assist demand based merchandising strategy, manage price changes, out of stocks, product removal, and new product creation requests.
- Liaise with the customer service team for training and improvement purposes, assistance with roasters fulfilment troubleshooting.
- Assist project management of roll out of logistics integration for Beanz.com in Germany.
- Work with the Beanz Manager UK and UK/EMEA teams on Beanz.com Germany integration strategy with the retail channel and marketing calendars
- Drive content creation and education strategy, contribute to shaping/designing customer email journeys, Beanz blog, and FAQ
- Drive strategy to represent Beanz.com in EU coffee events to increase customer and roaster awareness.
Leverage relationships with coffee roasters for sales activations and retail events.

We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in training, sales, marketing, or managerial roles within the coffee industry.
Skill Sets:
- Self-starter, lateral thinker, creative, problem solver, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Flexible, relatable, enthusiastic, and adaptable with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Project management
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent in English [written & spoken].
- Claude/Chat GPT – AI focussedEducation / Training:
- Competency in coffee cupping & grading
Bachelor's Degree - Understanding of e-commerce order flow
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point
Desirable Experience:
Experience in working with ecommerce platforms in direct-to-consumer coffee businesses.
