– provides consultation and advises customers on suitable facial treatments
– understands customers’ needs and expectations
– demonstrates high standard and quality service to customers
– handles customers enquiries with professional knowledge
– builds and maintains good relationship with customers
– manages inventory
– ensures cleanliness of salon and replenishment of products and disposables of assigned treatment room
– supports reception duties
– any other ad hoc duties as assigned
requirements
– with primary/secondary certification
– professional certificate/NiTEC in beauty/skincare industry preferred
– at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
– excellent
service-oriented approach
and initiative
– able to communicate in both Mandarin and English (in order to build and maintain good relationship with our Mandarin and English speaking customers)
