Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional grooming services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will be responsible for a variety of hair care services while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair cutting techniques, including traditional barbering styles and modern trends.
Provide additional services such as nail care, hair threading, and hair extensions as requested by clients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and offer personalized recommendations.
Manage retail sales of grooming products, ensuring an appealing display and knowledgeable assistance.
Contribute to store management by assisting in inventory control and maintaining an organized workspace.
Mentor junior staff members, sharing expertise in barbering techniques and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
Valid barbering license or cosmetology certification.
Proven experience in barbering with a strong portfolio of work.
Knowledge of nail care techniques is a plus.
Familiarity with retail sales practices and store management is desirable.
Experience with hair threading and hair extensions is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Attention to detail with a commitment to providing high-quality services.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
