Job Description
By working at Sally Beauty, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world and we are on a mission to empower our customers to express themselves through hair – and we need passionate and talented people to make this happen!
The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are searching for passionate beauty lovers who want to assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Sally Beauty provides training to support your knowledge. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support you!
Your Role At Sally Beauty
Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complementary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
Availability to meet scheduling needs.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to apply product knowledge to support customer service.
Ability to read and explain labels.
Follow directions and perform duties as assigned.
Legal and Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, sometimes on a ladder, with or without accommodations.
May be exposed to fumes and odors.
The role involves standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting moderate items, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
