Roles & Responsibilities
Provide professional beauty advice that fits clients’ needs, preferences, and explaining how Foreo’s products work.
Build and establish good customer relationship through excellent customer service.
Perform general store operations – includes general housekeeping & sales reporting.
Meet sales target.
Training of soft skills and product knowledge will be provided.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum GCE’N’ level with at least 1 year of retail/customer service experience.
Good knowledge or interest in Skincare/Cosmetics. Interest in Skincare devices will be a plus.
Positive attitude & Customer Service Oriented.
Comfortable using app technology and learning new skills when needed.
