About the role
Amexina Cantika Indonesia is seeking a Beauty Advisor to join our team in Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales within our beauty and personal care division. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing expert guidance to customers and contributing to the growth of our business through personalised service and product knowledge.
What
you’ll be doing
- Provide expert beauty consultation and product recommendations to customers based on their individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on the benefits and applications of beauty and skincare products
- Maintain an engaging and welcoming atmosphere at the sales counter or beauty consultation area
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
- Keep the beauty display area clean, organised and visually appealing at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements to management
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer engagement
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends
- Participate in product training sessions and beauty workshops to enhance professional development
What we’re looking for
- Strong passion for beauty, cosmetics, and personal care products with demonstrated knowledge of industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customer groups
- Experience in retail, beauty, or customer service environments is highly desirable
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets whilst maintaining customer satisfaction
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as required
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer literacy
- Secondary school qualification or equivalent; further beauty or cosmetics certification is a bonus
