Driving Customer Experience
– Establishing a strong relationship with our customers through beauty knowledge sharing and excellent customer service
– Advocating for Sephora Beauty Pass to help customers discover the benefits of our loyalty programme
– Introducing customers our eCommerce platform to increase conversion and repeated purchases
– Meeting
sales targets
by understanding customers’ needs, recommending and selling products and services to our customers in all categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and hair care
Beauty Excellence
– Assisting customers with product testing
– Performing basic beauty services across all categories
Operational Excellence
– Helping to make a beautiful first impression by keeping the store tidy, well-stocked, and ensuring our products are in good sellable condition
– Participating in inventory control to reduce loss, and ensure compliance with sampling policies
– Operating the cashier functions in a professional and timely manner

– Passion for customer service and enjoy working with people
– Knowledge about what’s new and trending in beauty
– Prior experience working in retail or services industries (a plus!)
