Job Description: We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisors to join our team and be the face of the prestigious brand. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, guiding clients through their fragrance journey, and helping them discover scents that perfectly match their personality and style.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized fragrance consultations to clients, understanding their preferences and recommending suitable products.

Educate customers on the unique qualities, notes, and stories behind our luxury fragrances.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our products and creating lasting relationships with clients.

Maintain a pristine and inviting retail environment, ensuring product displays are visually appealing and stocked.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, brand promotions, and industry trends to offer the best advice to customers.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.

Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and participate in special events, launches, and in-store promotions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include: conversion rates, average transaction value/units, individual and store sales targets.

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older.

3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or fashion goods.

Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred as a second language.

No preferred gender; we welcome applications from all qualified candidates.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.

Ability to build rapport with clients and provide tailored advice.

A keen interest in the world of luxury fragrances and a desire to learn more.

A polished and professional appearance that reflects the brand’s image.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
