Job Description
As a Sally Beauty Advisor, you will be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, helping customers express themselves through hair and beauty products. We seek passionate and talented individuals to enhance our customers’ beauty experience, providing knowledge and training on hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.
Your Role at Sally Beauty
Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complementary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally using a ladder, with or without accommodations.
May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.
Physical Conditions

Work around moving parts, carts, or machines, with occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
