Base pay ranges from $11.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on location and experience. Additionally, earn uncapped commissions up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.
Are you passionate about beauty and excited about sales and customer service? Palm Beach Tan is looking for a Beauty Boss to join our team! As a Beauty Boss, you will guide customers in selecting skincare products, helping them feel confident and radiant. Responsibilities:
Guide customers on skincare products and their benefits
Assist customers with tanning needs following safety guidelines
Achieve sales targets daily, weekly, and monthly
Maintain salon cleanliness and organization
Manage cash and perform administrative tasks
Track personal and team progress towards goals
Consult with customers professionally and enthusiastically
Deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds
