We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Consult with clients on their hair care needs and recommend appropriate services.
Perform additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair threading as needed.
Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience.
Maintain knowledge of current trends in hairstyling and beauty treatments.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification is required.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in store management is a plus.
Familiarity with hair extensions techniques is desirable.
Ability to perform various beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair threading is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
