To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.
Responsibilities :
Sales Expectations :
Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs, promote sales of beauty products, and encourage customer participation in the PC Optimum program.
Customer Service :
Provide superior customer service, promote a positive environment, actively use eClienteling, and promote products and in-store events.
Operations :
Promote products and services, attend vendor training, adhere to standards, and participate in workshops.
General :
Comply with health, safety, store policies, loss prevention, and act professionally.
Qualifications :
Strong planning, judgment, decision-making, and selling skills in cosmetics or luxury goods.
Experience :
Proven consultative and selling skills, knowledge of beauty products, ability to conduct consultations, and strong communication skills.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stock shelves.
