Our client is a well-known Beauty Company recruiting for a Beauty Specialist / Beauty Advisor to join their growing team. The potential talents we are seeking must have a strong passion for the beauty and customer service industry, as well as a great interest in performing sales. Job Description:
Provide cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance needs and suggest products that meet those needs based on your expertise.
Introduce and share beauty product knowledge with customers who show interest.
Provide customers with a sense of beauty touch, guiding their experience through excellent customer service.
Maintain good customer relationships to build a clientele portfolio.
Assist in demonstrating how to use the products.
Be passionate about beauty products, sales-driven, and a good team player.
Uphold the brand image and standards in a professional manner.
Assist in stock packing, organizing, and stock taking.
Help maintain store cleanliness standards.
Assist in POS cashiering when needed.
Job Requirements:
Beauty working experience is an advantage.
Able to work retail hours, including weekends.
Positive, friendly attitude with excellent client service and communication skills.
A passion for beauty products and sharing your expertise with others.
Able to work rotating shift hours.
Profiles with hands-on makeup experience will be advantageous.
