Beauty Expert – JLP Bristol – 32 Hours per week, part‑time, FTC contract.
Responsibilities
- Encompass the brand’s mission of empowering customers and build lasting emotional connections with them through expert artistry and product knowledge.
- Maintain KPI performance at a fast pace, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Foster teamwork, building solid relationships with team members and management to support overall store goals.
- Champion world‑class artistry and provide an impeccable customer experience as a brand ambassador.
- Adapt approach and style to suit individual customer needs and opportunities for success.
- Adhere to company grooming standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast‑paced environment such as beauty retail or FMCG.
- Proficiency in applying makeup and tailoring styles to diverse customers.
- Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and desire to promote it.
