Sephora is seeking a full-time Beauty Services Manager in Ajax, Ontario. Drive the Beauty Studio’s strategy and deliver exceptional client experiences through superior leadership.
As the next Beauty Services Manager at Sephora Canada, your role includes leading the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio while coaching an enthusiastic team of Beauty Advisors. With a focus on delivering 1:1 paid services, you will ensure every client has access to unique beauty experiences. Your entrepreneurial mindset will help implement transformative events that engage and educate customers in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations in the Beauty Studio
• Incorporate technology innovations in client services
• Manage class schedules and Beauty Advisor availability
• Oversee all in-store events maximizing engagement
• Support development and certification for Beauty Advisors
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of beauty or retail management experience
• Strong focus on team coaching and development
• Excellent organizational skills for staff management
• Entrepreneurial experience in community engagement
• Background in makeup artistry or skincare is a plus
