Reed are excited to be partnering with a Boutique Hotel in the Cotswolds to recruit a talented Spa Treatment Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Due to the location you will need to be a driver.
Looking for an experienced Spa Treatment Manager to lead a growing team to deliver spa treatments to a high standard.
Within the role you will work circa 40 hours a week
The ideal candidate will have
Previous experience as a spa/treatment manager
Previousleadershipexperience is essential
Flexibilityto work on weekends
Qualified to NVQ level 3 Beauty or equivalent
Proven experience as a spa beauty therapist
The role-
Leading the team’s day to day operations
Planning and training the team
Delivering spa treatments
Monthly stocktakes
Responsibility for spa revenue
