Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with management to drive beauty sales growth
• Develop sales culture training for Beauty Managers
• Analyze and track key sales performance metrics
• Identify gaps in customer experience and improve it
• Facilitate impactful in-store events to boost business
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of retail or marketing experience
• Strong coaching and makeup artistry skills
• Advanced business acumen in beauty and fashion
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
