An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled Product Development Specialist to work on the creation of cutting-edge makeup solutions through meticulous market research and feedback analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Create a new beauty product concept through in-depth research into market trends.
Create product brief and give ideation for marketing point.
Participate in a product development project, including sending samples and collecting feedback based on users’ skin conditions.
Innovate new products regarding texture, packaging, and other aspects involved in the product.
Engage with internal and external end-users to gather insights that inform product decisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business/ Management.
Minimum 1 years experience in Beauty Product Development
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Keep up with beauty market trends, both local and international, regarding products, ingredients, and consumer needs.
Have a broad and extensive knowledge of beauty ingredients and/or is a beauty enthusiast.
Able to conduct research on current market trends.
Capable of synthesizing data from various feedback sources in order to inform decisions in prioritizing and designing product features.
Have knowledge or records proven of creating a good product idea/launch.
Able to do full WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
