Position Overview:
We are seeking a

and experienced Beauty Salon Director to lead our regional operations as we expand into new territories. The ideal candidate will possess strong
leadership
skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a
proven track record
in managing salon operations at a regional level.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the regional market.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple beauty salons within the region, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
Lead and motivate salon teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve
sales targets

Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, and performance management of salon staff.
Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to enhance brand reputation and market presence.

Qualifications:
