My Cape Town based client has established skincare clinics in Green Point and Claremont (Cape Town) and is looking to add a Receptionist / Therapist to the team. The successful candidate will need experience as either a Beauty Therapist / Nail Tech and will see to the day-to-day bookings, admin, treatments, etc.
Requirements:
- ITEC accredited Beauty Therapy qualification (advantage)
- IPL / Laser certification (advantage)
- 1 – 2 years’ experience as a Beauty Therapist / Nail Tech
- Strong admin skills and communication skills
- Honest and reliable
- Open to being trained
- Immediately available (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Manage client bookings
- Ensure consistency of services
- Admin
- Manage e-mails
- Open / close store
- Daily cash-ups
- Manage therapists’ schedules
Working Hours:
- Monday – Saturday
- 07:00 – 16:00 (while on probation)
- 07:00 – 18:00 (after probation
Remuneration:
- Basic + Commission + Bonus
