Responsibilities:
Overseeing and responsible for the daily operations of the outlet
Experienced in beauty industry with proven strong record of sales
Ability to achieve outlet monthly sales target
Managing and resolving customer feedback and complaints
Handling customers treatments to achieve outlet sales target
Strong leadership to oversee the staff in a good teamwork
Ensuring the customers to receive high standard of services and treatments
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff
Maintains a well-groomed and professional appearance
Preferably with beauty certifications
