Duties & Responsibilities
- Sales:
Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs, possess a “selling is fun” attitude, promote beauty products, and encourage customers to participate in the PC Optimum program. - Customer Service:
Promote a positive environment for customers and coworkers, put the customer first and provide superior service, model desired behaviors with eClienteling, promote products through marketing, and book appointments for in‑store events. - Operations:
Exhibit and promote the company’s products and services, attend vendor schools and workshop/education sessions, and adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards. - General:
Comply with all health and safety regulations, store policies, loss prevention procedures, act professionally at all times, and perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Experience
- Proven consultative skills to provide information
- Selling experience with a proven track record
- Good knowledge of various beauty products and services available
- Ability to conduct sit‑down makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrate application
- Strong communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to bend and stretch to stock shelves
