SUMMARY:
To maximize sales of beauty products and services offered by Shoppers Drug Mart.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve sales expectations and promote awareness of promotional programs
Maintain a positive attitude towards selling
Encourage sales of beauty products and participation in the PC Optimum program
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Create a welcoming environment for customers and coworkers
Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing superior service
Utilize eClienteling to enhance customer interactions
Promote products and the PC Optimum program actively
Book appointments for in-store events
OPERATIONS:
Exhibit and promote the company’s products and services
Attend vendor training and educational sessions
Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards
GENERAL:
Follow health and safety regulations
Adhere to store policies and loss prevention procedures
Act professionally at all times
Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills
Independent thinking
Proven selling skills in cosmetics
EXPERIENCE:
Consultative sales experience and a track record of success
Knowledge of beauty products and services
Ability to conduct consultations and demonstrate application techniques
Excellent communication skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Climb ladders and bend/stretch to stock shelves
